Refund Policy

We allow exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receiving your item, with (no refunds). Your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging.

To return, contact us at jannahbloom86@gmail.com for instructions. Don't send items back without asking first.

We aim to make our customers happy. If your order is damaged, wrong, or defective, contact us right away and provide proof of faulty items.

Please note that some items like hijabs, caps, scarves, bonds, and sale items or gift cards can't be returned.

Faulty items can be refunded, but it may take time for the refund to process with your bank or credit card company.
